About This Property
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, traditional chalet with a jacuzzi for rent in Samoëns. It has a surface area of 155 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall
- A 30 m² living room with sofas, wood-burning stove and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, two ovens, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, blender and American fridge.
- A second living room (accessible via a few steps) with sofas, TV, play area ideal for children
- A separate WC On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC), balcony access
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room (with shower and WC)
On level -1:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two) - Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- A shower room (with shower and WC) For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: Weber barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside:
- A 6-person jacuzzi available all year round - A 600 m² private garden, partly enclosed (with a space set up for sunny days) - A terrace with furniture (a table and ten chairs, garden furniture)
- Two balconies: the first with furniture is accessible from one of the living rooms, and the second balcony is accessible from bedroom 1
The chalet is ideally located near the centre of Samoëns, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private car park (up to 5 vehicles). The ski bus stops in front of the chalet (free in winter and paid in summer). The area requires a personal vehicle or bicycles.
Nearby activities: Enjoy a wide range of activities in all seasons.
- In winter: downhill and cross-country skiing just 3 minutes from the chalet, sledging, ice rink, dog sledding, etc.
- In summer: canyoning, rafting, hiking for all levels, downhill mountain biking, paragliding, helicopter rides, tree climbing, swimming in lakes, leisure centre (mini golf, inflatable structures, skate park, pony club), swimming pool...
- A small tourist train runs to Samoëns and its market all year round. - Access to the spa for a day (swimming pool, sauna, hammam...).
Nearby, you can also discover:
- Chamonix and the Mer de Glace (45 mins),
- The Mont-Salève cable car (1 hour), - Switzerland and Les Gets (1 hour). Finally, the ski bus stop is less than 50 metres from the chalet. In the immediate vicinity: bike hire, leisure centres in Morillon and Samoëns (close to the banks of the Giffres for safe walks), the Rouget waterfall, the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval, as well as many outdoor activities (horse riding, paragliding, rafting, canyoning, etc.).
