Cocoonr offers you this charming, single-storey, air-conditioned villa with private pool to rent in Lecci. It measures 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It comprises a pretty 54 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 730 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 54 m² living room with TV, sofas (one of which converts into a double bed) and a dining area with a table that converts into a René Pierre billiard table (reserved for adults and teenagers aged 15 and over; under-15s are not permitted).
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower (two basins) and WC.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x200)
- Shared shower room (two basins) with WC
- Storeroom: washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge-freezer
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, electric griddle, tumble dryer.

Outside area :
- Private swimming pool measuring 9x4 m, equipped with an alarm. The pool is open from April to October and heated only in April, May and October.
- Beautiful 730 m² garden, with hedges, olive tree and flower and plant beds.
- A south-facing wooden pergola and exotic wood terrace (IPE) measuring around 146 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A petanque court

The house is ideally located in Lecci, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops (bakery, café, hairdresser, market) are close by, with a shopping centre around 2 minutes away by car.

- 10 minutes by car from the beaches to the north of Porto -Vecchio: Cala Rossa beach and St Cyprien beach, and Pinarello beach (15/20 minutes).
- 15 minutes by car from the centre of Porto Vecchio
- 5 minutes from the Galaxy cinema complex in Porto-Vecchio

Transport :
Car essential, you can park directly in the house's private indoor car park (3 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Figari airport: 30 min by car
- Bastia airport: 2h00 by car

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
