Located on the first floor of a small building without a lift, it offers 53 m² of living space, complemented by a spacious 22 m² south-west facing terrace. The flat is equipped with reversible air conditioning.



The bright living room includes a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a television, with direct access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining area (table and four chairs) and a plancha barbecue.

The living room opens onto a fully equipped and fitted kitchen: fridge-freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.



The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), with access to the terrace, and one bedroom with a BZ sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).

All bedrooms can be completely darkened.



The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and electric towel rail. Separate WC.

Washing machine available.



2 private parking spaces.

Pets are allowed (provided they do not relieve themselves on the terrace).

WiFi connection.



To be paid upon arrival:

Security deposit (EUR 300, bank card imprint), tourist tax (according to current rates).

Utilities (water and electricity) are included in the rental price.

End-of-stay cleaning is also included. Linen is provided.



The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
