This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

We welcome you to a quiet and secure residence, just 5 minutes from essential shops and the beach. There are no houses directly opposite, but rather a green space.

You will enjoy a newly renovated apartment with a living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a separate TV area upstairs.

Bedroom: 2 double beds and 2 single bunk beds.

All windows and doors are equipped with shutters.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner induction hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and other small appliances.

The bathroom has a 70cm x 70cm shower cubicle and a vanity unit with a sink. The toilet is separate.

You can enjoy a sofa on the ground floor and a TV lounge upstairs.

Reversible air conditioning is available in the bedrooms on both the ground and first floors.

Outside, you'll find a large, partially covered terrace with views of the surrounding greenery, garden furniture, and an electric barbecue.
