We are offering this family home for rent in a residential area, a home to which we are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

This semi-troglodyte house is much more than just a place to stay. Preserved through generations by its owners, this house represents a true piece of history that they wish to share with their guests.

Built from stone and nestled in the hills above Nazelles-Négron, 10 minutes from Amboise and in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region, it offers a unique experience where every corner exudes old-world charm.

As soon as you enter the large courtyard, which can accommodate up to three cars, the terrace welcomes you for moments of relaxation outdoors, with breathtaking views.

The interior of the house has been carefully preserved in its period style, respecting the history and spirit of the place. The authentic and welcoming living room invites you to unwind with its large windows that flood the room with light.

The fully equipped kitchen, carved into the rock, is perfect for preparing and sharing convivial meals. You'll find everything you need: a stovetop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, refrigerator/freezer, and more. Everything has been designed for your comfort.

The cave dining room, with its stone walls, adds a unique touch to every meal.

The house has four spacious bedrooms, each decorated in a traditional style, while offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay:

On the ground floor:

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and 1 single bed (80x190 cm) suitable for a child
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm)
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Off the living room, a staircase leads to the upper floors:

- On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and 1 single bed (90x190 cm). This room also has an en-suite shower room for added comfort, with a shower and sink.

- Between the first and second floors: 1 separate toilet
- On the second floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double mattress (140x190 cm).

Outside, a private swimming pool awaits you for relaxing days in the sun, surrounded by greenery, creating an intimate and peaceful setting. In the courtyard, you will also find a barbecue and a ping-pong table for convivial moments.

💡The swimming pool (unheated) is open from the beginning of July until the end of the second weekend of September, weather permitting. The ping-pong table is also available only during the summer season.

This house, lovingly preserved by its owners, is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to recharge in a unique setting, while remaining close to the historical treasures of the Loire Valley. It offers an authentic setting where history and conviviality blend to create an unforgettable stay.

Guest Access
The entire property is at your disposal, with the exception of some private cellars. A courtyard provides parking within the property.
The village of Nazelles-Négron is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central location for visiting the Loire châteaux and vineyards. The nearest châteaux are 10 minutes away.

Other Notes
The rate includes bed linens and beds made upon your arrival, towels, and cleaning upon your departure.
A small grocery store, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided to help you get started.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs and elevated access.
