Discover this charming 30 m² studio located in Bandol, in the peaceful residential area of l'Escourche. Recently renovated, this bright, air-conditioned studio can accommodate up to 3 people.

The studio is located on the second floor (no elevator) and comprises :

- a bright living area with a 140 cm double sofa bed and a single bed,
- an attractive terrace with sea views,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and dining area,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- Washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
- Air conditioning,
- Secure parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
