The bright living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a pleasant dining area to enjoy your meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, microwave, large oven, drip coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. It opens onto a summer room, just a step down, with direct access to the garden.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, as well as a renovated bathroom with shower, bidet, and electric towel warmer. The toilet is separate.

A noteworthy feature in this region: a water softener!

Outside, the garden offers a peaceful space to enjoy sunny days, read a book, or share a meal outdoors. Children can play safely in the garden. The terrace furniture and charcoal barbecue perfectly complete this outdoor space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
