A 30 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this beautiful, warm apartment is close to all amenities and features :

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

## Neighborhood

Boulogne is the perfect place to go to in the capital. There is no shortage of cultural venues, with the Seine Musicale just a 10-minute walk away. The Bois de Boulogne and the Parc de Saint Cloud are within a 30-minute walk, as are the Parc des Princes and Roland-Garros. You will also be close to public transport allowing you to easily reach La Défense, the business district of Issy les Moulineaux or the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. Finally, the area is rich in shops and close to all amenities.
