At the end of a cul-de-sac, a gîte (holiday cottage) comprises two interconnected buildings: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area with TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet. Three steps lead to the second part of the house, which includes a shower room with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200cm). On the first floor, a mezzanine offers a relaxation area (two armchairs) and a children's playroom.

In front of the gîte, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and sun loungers. At the rear of the gîte is a shed belonging to the owners, but it is not overlooked.
