Welcome to Villa ELODIE, with a surface area of approximately 195 sqm, featuring 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, a swimming pool, several terraces and a Mediterranean garden. Spacious and well laid out, the villa offers numerous areas to fully enjoy your holidays.

On two levels, the villa comprises:

Ground floor:
A spacious air-conditioned living / dining room opening onto a very large shaded terrace (80 sqm) with views over the hills and the Cap des Mèdes on Porquerolles Island. The terrace features a lounge area, hammock, armchairs and a large dining table allowing guests to enjoy shaded outdoor meals throughout the day. The swimming pool is located directly off the terrace.
A separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, filter coffee machine, etc.).
A master bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), shower room and access to the terrace.
A separate WC.

Upstairs:
A first bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and shower room.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with WC.
A third bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and shower room.
A fourth bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a shower room with WC and a lovely private terrace (sea view).
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer ample storage space.

A large private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and a parasol. A shower room with WC is accessible from the pool area. The pool is secured with an alarm and separated from the terrace by a safety gate with a secure locking system.

The villa sits on a fully enclosed 4,000 sqm plot, ensuring peace and privacy. The surroundings feature a landscaped Mediterranean garden (automatic drip irrigation) extending into a typical oak woodland of the Massif des Maures.

At your disposal: fibre Wi-Fi with repeaters, TV with Chromecast, Le Marquier gas plancha, outdoor dining tables and garden lounge, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, etc. You will enjoy a very pleasant and peaceful stay.
The villa is secured by an automatic gate, and several vehicles can be parked within the property.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,600 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €220.
