Cocoonr offers this charming 32 m² flat with shared pool in Deauville to rent for up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 15 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A shared (unheated) 15x20 m swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September with security fencing.
- The flat has its own west-facing terrace with furniture available. It is set back from the rest of the residence, giving it a pleasant feeling of privacy with no direct neighbours.
- In front of the terrace is a small, private, unenclosed garden of around 15 m².
The flat is ideally located in Deauville, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Golf Barrière de Deauville: located right next to the residence, ideal for golf lovers.
- Walks and hikes: the hillside area is great for walking, with beautiful views over Deauville and the sea.
- Deauville town centre (a few minutes' drive away): shops, restaurants, market, cinema, Barrière casino.
- Deauville beach and Promenade des Planches: swimming, sunbathing, beach sports, water sports.
- Deauville-La Touques racecourse: horse racing all year round.
- Tennis and sporting activities: courts available not far from the golf course.
- Cultural visits: Villa Strassburger, marina, museums and galleries.
- Well-being activities: spas, thalassotherapy, hotels offering treatments and massages.
