Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Royan, this charming flat located in an early XXᵉ century house, in pure pre-war Royannais style, which gives it all its charm less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.

Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 200 m² enclosed shared garden planted with trees and flowers, with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Take advantage of Royan's beaches: Grande Conche, Pontaillac, Chay, etc.
- Visit the La Coubre lighthouse
- Walk along the seafront and go cycling
- Explore the Ile d'Oléron

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (2 vehicles).
