The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, and with stairs inside also.
The Space:
Superb Loft in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés. Perfect for 4 people with a bedroom (mezzanine style) and a sofa bed in the living room.
The mezzanine is of 1,30m height.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare tasty french dishes.
In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it is the ideal place to visit the city and stroll through the lively streets of this renowned district.
Not far from there, the famous "Le Bon Marché" and "La Grande Epicerie" to discover new flavors!
Pets are not allowed.
This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:
- In vocational training
- Professional change
- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, which is equipped with its own high speed wi-fi internet connection, télévision and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

Getting Around:
Metro line 4 from Saint-Placide station is at 4-minute walk from the apartment.
Metro line 10 at Vaneau station and line 12 at Rennes station are at 5 and 6 minute walk from the apartment respectively.
Vélib and taxis are also very close.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.
It might possible to check-in within other hours, depending on availability and by contacting me.
In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
