This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.



For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:



- In vocational training



- Professional change



- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)



- In graduate studies



- In apprenticeship contract



- Internship



- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service



Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests have free and total access to the apartment.

All equipments, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!



The Neighborhood:

Very lively area thanks to its numerous pedestrian streets as well as its numerous bars and restaurants. The nearby Halles and Center Pompidou offer culture and shopping just a few steps from the apartment .

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is as from 15:00 hours. You can contact me if you have different check-in time and it will subject depending the availability.



In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅

This property is managed by HABITAT PARISIEN, a professional vacation and business rental company. We will take care of your check-in and accompany you during your stay to make it as successful as possible!



Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.



During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.



After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email or Airbnb message.



In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
