The fully equipped open-plan kitchen completes this convivial layout. From the living room, a large sliding window leads out to the west-facing private garden, arranged with an outdoor dining area and a relaxing lounge space—ideal for enjoying the soft evening light.

The night area comprises two bedrooms:

- A first bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe and direct access to the garden

- A second bedroom with double bed and equipped with a TV

A shower room and a separate WC are also located in this part of the apartment.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
