Located on the 1st floor of the "Grand Robinson" residence (no elevator), the studio opens onto a bright living area featuring a sofa bed with a proper 140 cm mattress, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony with SEA VIEW—ideal for enjoying the scenery at any time of the day.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped with a 2-burner gas hob, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, mini kettle, toaster, tabletop fridge, and dishwasher.

You will also have a bathroom with a shower and electric towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet.

For added convenience, a private parking space is included.

Here, the beach becomes your playground: step outside, breathe in the sea air… and dive in from the very first hour of the morning!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
