Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 1.24 m × 2.78 m balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
