Cocoonr offers you this charming chalet to rent in Praz-sur-Arly. It measures 139 m² and can accommodate up to 14 people.

It comprises an attractive 55 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,200 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 55 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, unenclosed 1,200 m² garden with garden furniture
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 25 m² south-west-facing balcony surrounding the chalet

The house is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding or cani-rando, hot-air ballooning, numerous events and activities.
- In summer: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding or hot-air ballooning, accrobranche, swimming or outdoor leisure activities, Praz Lac Aventures, etc.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (two spaces) and the house's private car park (4 spaces).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Sallanches, approx. 18 km away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, about 95 km away

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and Éternel Home (concierge / housekeeping service).

Other notes:
- The internet connection is being installed, not available at the moment.
- The fireplace is working, wood is provided free of charge.
- Ski slopes and ski lifts in Praz Sur Arly about 1.5 km away.
- Winter Ski Bus: free shuttle bus 150 m from the chalet
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The chalet is equipped with external cameras directed towards the access path for security purposes.
