INSIDE THE APARTMENT

As you get into the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious living area, tastefully decorated, with a vintage industrial atmosphere.

This living area offers two functionally different spaces: a comfortable and cozy lounge area, featuring a smart TV, and a well-equipped open-floor kitchen.

The first bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) and a shower room (with laundry washer and towel dryer) complete this main level floor plan.

The upper level includes two bedroom suites, each with its own shower room (with towel dryer) for total independence and privacy.

To sum it all, this unique apartment offers the convenience of an ideal location next to the Forville market, as well as optimal comfort, intimacy and functionality, with its three independent bedroom-bathroom options, and bi-level design.

A LITTLE BIT OF GEOGRAPHY

Down your street, you will find a choice of neighborhood cafes, a cheese store, and the famous Forville market, rich in specialties and flavors of Provence.

We recommend a visit to the medieval Suquet district, only 3 minutes away on foot: the “Suquet des Artistes” is a must-see open display for those who love eclectic and traditional art, as well as the old fort, once protector of the city, from which you can admire a 360° view of the bay and surroundings.

A Monoprix drugstore is located only a few steps from the apartment, for your convenience.
If you feel like discovering other famous points of interests in Cannes, you can easily access the following:

- The famous Croisette seafront boulevard: 7 minutes on foot
- The emblematic Palais des Festivals: also 7 minutes away on foot

And if the closest Cannes beaches seem too crowded for you, don’t worry, the Midi beaches are only 10 minutes away on foot.

Parking is free in the streets surrounding the apartment location.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
