Just 3 km from Sarlat town center, yet nestled in the countryside, enjoy this charming cottage for two, adjoining the owner's house but offering complete privacy. The cottage comprises a living area with a sofa, television, and Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200cm). A bathroom includes a toilet, walk-in shower, and washing machine.

Enjoy a small, private, shaded terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Below the garden, you can swim in the shared 10x5m heated chlorine pool (1.20m to 1.80m deep), available from May to the end of September and secured by a roller shutter. Bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €50.

A travel cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. Located 3 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda, a town with exceptional heritage, famous for its medieval streets lined with golden stone houses, its Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral, its lively squares, and its renowned market, a true showcase of local produce. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing on the Dordogne River, hiking in the verdant valleys, or simply relaxing by the water. After these wonderful excursions, you can cool off in the gîte's shared swimming pool.
