The entrance opens onto a spacious south-facing living room with a lounge area and smart TV, leading directly to the terrace — perfect for dining or relaxing while admiring the Mediterranean.
The fully equipped open kitchen complements the living space.
The master bedroom also enjoys a sea view and features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with an en-suite shower room.
On the opposite side of the apartment, the second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and opens onto a north-facing loggia.
An additional shower room with WC completes the apartment.
A private outdoor parking space is available for residents.

The apartment is located above Boulevard du Midi, which runs along the sea and leads you straight to the center of Cannes or Mandelieu.

- Boulevard de la Croisette: 7 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk along the Midi beaches, lined with luxury shops and palaces
- Beaches: 5 minutes on foot to reach both public and private beaches along Boulevard du Midi
- Port Pierre Canto and nearby marinas: 6 minutes by car, ideal for strolling or booking a boat trip
- Rue d’Antibes (shopping street): 8 minutes by car, featuring cafés, boutiques, and local shops
- Marché Forville: covered market with fresh produce and regional specialties, about 8 minutes by car
- Embarkation for the Lérins Islands: quick access to Quai Laubeuf, 5 minutes by car or 25–30 minutes on foot; a 15-minute ferry ride to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
