The Space:

Completely renovated apartment, located near Montparnasse, ideal for 4 travelers!



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), storage space, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi access.

• One bedroom: double bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, washing machine, hotplates, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Independent toilets.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in a very pleasant residential area of ​​the 15th arrondissement, close to rue du Commerce and the local Wednesday and Sunday market which embody authentic and gourmet Parisian life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a good coffee or brunch in popular places like Café du Commerce, Kozy Bosquet or O Coffeeshop, perfect for starting the day, as well as dine in well-rated restaurants in the 15th such as Le Bélisaire or Mont'Frenchy, easily accessible on foot. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Market, Franprix and greengrocers are nearby for bread, fruit, wine and local products. The neighborhood market is also a typical Parisian experience not to be missed. Transport is very convenient with the Volontaires metro station about 5 minutes away on foot, offering direct access to the whole city, and bus lines also just a few steps away. Unmissable sites such as the Eiffel Tower or the Pont de Bir-Hakeim are easily accessible by metro or bus for your tourist walks. Getting Around:

This part of Paris is wonderfully well-connected, making it easy to explore both the local surroundings and the city’s most iconic landmarks. Just a short walk away, the metro provides direct access to Line 12, linking you to Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Musée d’Orsay, and Montmartre without the need for multiple changes. A few minutes further, you’ll find Line 6, which sweeps across the city with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower as it crosses the Seine.



Montparnasse station, one of Paris’s major transport hubs, is also nearby. From Orly Airport, the journey takes around 30 minutes via the Orlybus and metro connections, or by direct taxi/private transfer. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, expect about 45–60 minutes using the RER B and connecting metro lines, or a straightforward drive with a car service. Beauvais Airport is accessible in roughly 1h30 via shuttle bus from Porte Maillot.



For those who prefer a slower pace, the neighborhood is very walkable, and Paris’s bike-sharing system, Vélib’, offers a delightful way to discover the city at street level.

Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you the ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is spotless for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Do not leave keys in the door or inside.

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access:

Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
