The U CASONE villa, full of charm and spread over two levels, offers a beautiful sea view and a private pool. It consists of two apartments that can either connect internally or function independently thanks to an interior staircase.

On the main floor, you will find a spacious and bright living area enhanced by large bay windows, featuring a fully equipped open kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed suitable for a child. This level also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Outside, a pergola-shaded dining terrace allows you to enjoy meals in the open air, while the private pool terrace offers two sun loungers and a relaxing seating area.

On the garden level, the accommodation also includes a living space with a functional kitchenette, a lounge area with a sofa bed for a child, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with toilet. An outdoor dining area completes this floor, perfect for making the most of the surroundings.

During the off-season, the apartments can be rented separately from May 1st to June 29th and from August 29th to November 2nd.
