You will appreciate its proximity to shops located just 50 m away, the market and church 100 m away, as well as the beach just 400 m away.
It has a garden with a terrace for your outdoor meals, sun loungers for your moments of relaxation, and a small outdoor lounge area ideal for your summer aperitifs.
Upon your arrival, you will discover the living room area divided into two parts, with its sofas and television. You will find the dining area with its large friendly table and its open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Still on the ground floor, you will access two first bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140/190) and the second two single beds (80/190). You will also access a first bathroom.
On the level below, in the garden level, you will access two other bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190), and the second with a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom (140/190) and a single bed on top (90/190). The second bathroom, with its toilet, is also accessible at this level.
You will access the garden and terrace directly from this space.
For more comfort, the house has a washing machine, an iron with its ironing board. You can store up to 10 bicycles on the land.
A parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
