The entrance opens onto a living room with sofa bed (140x190 cm), dining area, connected TV and a window opening onto the terrace. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and also has access to the terrace, as well as its shower room. Separate toilets add extra comfort. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot. Need a transfer? AFFAIRS The apartment is located in the prestigious Palm Beach district, between the sea, palm trees and the elegance of Cannes: - Beaches of Palm Beach: 5 minutes walk. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.No PMR access.
