LARRESSORE, C209: Located in the village's former seminary, this charming one-bedroom apartment (the owners' main residence) is on the ground floor. The main room is divided into a kitchen and a living/dining area. A laundry room with a boiler, fridge-freezer, and microwave is also included. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), storage space, and an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate toilet.

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
