Located on the first floor, this bright and comfortable apartment includes :

- a 10 m² terrace with table and 4 chairs,
- a charming living room with sofa bed,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with two single beds and a separate cabin,
- bathroom with bath and WC,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cot,
- TV, satellite or cable, DVD player, wifi,
- Games for all ages, books,
- Radiators, smoke detectors, clothes hangers, air conditioning,
- Shared swimming pool open all year, solarium.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

A management fee of €418 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.
