This bright studio is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, offering a pleasant setting for your stay.

It includes a room with a double bed size 140 x 200, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. The functional shower room, the dining area with table and chairs, and a comfortable living room invite you to relax after a day of discovery. Do not miss the furnished balcony, ideal for getting some fresh air and enjoying the view.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including a hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven and iron. The accommodation is not equipped with a TV or Wi-Fi. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Currently, the heating is broken, but an auxiliary heater is available for your comfort.
For your convenience, private parking is located opposite the entrance 1 Deauville building (place 146), and street parking is free.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location, near several bus stops and close to the small shops of the church square of Caudéran. For your small daily errands, a supermarket "Leclerc" is only 4 minutes away by car.

The neighborhood of Caudéran is the largest and the most populated of Bordeaux. It is characterized by its residential, family and quiet character. The life organizes itself around small retailers, stalls, collective units and is very pleasant. Everything is surrounded by a wonderful architectural heritage and lots of green spaces as the Bordeaux Park. This neighborhood is a cultural and sportive pool thanks to the football stadium Chaban-Delmas, the Bordeaux golf course or the theater La Pergola. It is also very easy to reach the Bordeaux city center from this district thanks to its proximity and the many transports available.
