Modern single-storey house, carefully decorated in a seaside style, located in a quiet residential area within easy reach of shops and the coast. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing stay. The living room offers a convivial space with a well-stocked library, board games, a comfortable four-seater sofa, two armchairs and a small desk ideal for reading or working from home. The living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with hood, microwave, oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker and a high table with four bar chairs. The four-seater dining table completes this light-filled living space.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, washing machine, fan heater and hairdryer. A separate toilet completes the functional layout.

Outside, the hedged garden guarantees peace and quiet. The wooden terrace faces south-west, so you can make the most of the sunshine. There is a charcoal barbecue, two deckchairs, a parasol and a set of garden furniture. Two vehicles can be parked on the property.

One dog is accepted. WiFi fibre connection is included. Please note that there is no television in the property.

Baby equipment can be provided on request: cot and high chair at no extra charge, baby bath and potty for a fee of EUR 10 each.

On arrival, a security deposit of EUR 500 (bank imprint) and the tourist tax (according to the current scale) must be paid. Water and electricity charges are included, while charcoal is not provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. Although cleaning at the end of your stay is included, you are asked to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.

The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
