The Space:

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For stays of more than 4 nights, we offer complimentary fresh towels and premium linen. For shorter stays, these can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

The apartment features a bunk bed area, perfect for children or friends. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room that easily transforms into a comfortable double bed.



🛋️Living Room:

The living room area features a sofa which easily converts into a comfortable double bed and a dining area.



🌄Balcony:

Our apartment features a cozy balcony with a stunning view of the village. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after a day on the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day in the mountains. It includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essential cooking utensils.

For your comfort, the apartment includes separate spaces for the shower and toilet, making it convenient for friends or families.

The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to the apartment. You’ll also find a secure ski locker, perfect for storing your gear safely and conveniently.

The nearest covered parking is P1, located approximately 300 meters from the residence. This parking facility offers convenient access to the Les Néves building.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi to ensure a pleasant and connected stay.

With our secure lockbox system, you can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM - no need to coordinate schedules. Enjoy the freedom to arrive and leave at your convenience.
