Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two single bunk beds (90 cm). A balcony is also available.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the owners offer a concierge service for a personalized welcome, with the option to rent bed linen (€15/bed) and towels (€5/person) and/or to purchase end-of-stay cleaning (€80).
