Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 29 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony facing south-east, with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Beach, communal outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer period), bowling, skate park, cinema, minigolf, D-Day museum (Juno Beach centre), sailing school, D-Day beaches

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
