About This Property
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, hand blender...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony facing south-east, with an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains, furnished with a table and six chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- By shuttle bus (free, located at the entrance to the residence): cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, rail sledging. Ski slopes 600 m from the accommodation
- Ski lifts open from late November to early April (opening dates non-contractual)
- In summer: walks in the massif, around the Balcère and Matemale lakes or the Lac des Bouillouses.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the building's car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Montlouis, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 90 km away
