Enjoy meals on the large loggia with a sea view, whatever the weather, as the loggia can be opened or closed as you wish! The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and all the necessary cookware should you wish to prepare meals. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed (140cm) and a single bed in the enclosed loggia. The toilet is separate, and the bathroom has a lovely shower, a sink, and a washing machine. This air-conditioned apartment is available for rent year-round. Its appeal lies in its ideal location and impeccable maintenance. You have a private parking space. Pets are not allowed.
