## Space
The apartment is located in the heart of Val Village, in the Le Grand Cocor residence, right on the snow front with true ski-in/ski-out access.
The cosy, modern and functional apartment includes:
- An entrance hall with storage
- A bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe
- A shower room
- A living room with fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets, etc.) and a double sofa bed
- A balcony

To help you prepare for and make the most of your stay, we can organise a range of à-la-carte services:
- Preparation and delivery of your ski passes directly to the chalet/apartment
- Discounts on ski equipment hire through our partners
- Booking your ski lessons
- Train station and airport transfers
- Private chef and/or catering service
- In-apartment massage service

## Neighborhood
to restaurants, shops (mini-market 2 minutes’ walk), ski hire stores, bars, etc. After your day on the slopes, you can enjoy the whole resort on foot.
Val d’Isère Centre is the vibrant heart of the resort. It offers immediate access to the ski slopes and main ski lifts, including the Olympique cable car and the Solaise gondola, the two key lifts giving access to the entire ski area. Many shops, restaurants, bars and resort services are just a short walk away.
You’ll enjoy an authentic atmosphere combining alpine charm, lively winter life and modern comfort. The typical architecture of Val d’Isère, especially in the old village with its stone and timber chalets, gives the centre a warm and refined character.
It’s the perfect location for skiers looking for a convenient, lively stay without needing to use shuttle buses. Everything is within walking distance: skiing, shopping, après-ski and local life.
Val d’Isère Centre is also home to the Aquasportif Centre as well as numerous spas and wellness areas.
