The accommodation comprises
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa, wood-burning stove and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An octagonal swimming pool (private, heated), 5m in diameter, open from 1 June to 30 September.
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m².
- An 18 m² north-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Walks and hikes (Boucle des Mammouths & Boucle de l'Herm)
- Visit to the Rouffignac cave
- Discover the Château de l'Herm
- Local life: village, local produce, Sunday morning market
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Tayac, about 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne, approx. 70 km away

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The accommodation has a surveillance camera in the hall (deactivated during stays).
- The stove is functional, but wood is not provided.
