The accommodation: Located in a residence opposite the beach, the apartment comprises two bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine, a living room, a semi-open kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit, and an outdoor area opening directly onto the promenade. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi!

In the sleeping area, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and on the mezzanine level, there is a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).

The terrace has a dining table. You can therefore enjoy delicious meals with a breathtaking view of the beach and the Bay of Les Lecques!

Parking:
The apartment has a private garage, but it is located in a separate building approximately 5 minutes from this residence.

Amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, garden furniture, hairdryer, garden with beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped; you have everything you need to cook! Air conditioning is available in the living room and the separate bedroom.

The surroundings:
You can relax on the fine sand near the lifeguard station, which provides surveillance during the summer season. Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is a town offering numerous sports and water activities. Its historic center also makes it a prime destination for your holidays with family or friends.

Bed linens and bath towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (20 euros for a single bed linen set / 25 euros for a double bed linen set and 15 euros for towels, including one large and one small towel per person).

Cleaning: This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken upon key collection. The amount is equal to one week's rental.
