- On the raised ground floor: an entrance hall, a laundry room, a toilet, a living room, a dining room opening onto a suspended terrace, a kitchen, and a bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
- On the first floor: a landing leading to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet.
- On the second floor: a landing leading to four bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and a toilet.
- In the basement: a foosball room, a gym, and a relaxation room with access to the outdoor terrace.
You will have unlimited access to the private, covered, and heated swimming pool.

You will also benefit from eight parking spaces within the property. To ensure a perfect stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, towels will be provided, and you won't have to worry about end-of-stay cleaning.
