Here is accommodation for spending beautiful holidays by the sea and in the front row when the fireworks are fired in July and August of the year.

Ideal for a family stay, it will allow a couple and their 2 children to enjoy the beach and all the activities and infrastructures offered by Fréjus Plage, Port Fréjus and their close neighbour Saint-Raphaël.

Indeed, you realise upon entering the magnificent sea view offered by the studio. The studio is well-equipped, washing machine and other small household equipment and large storage spaces (always very practical when returning from the beach), with an open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press.

Moving through the accommodation, and after the cabin area with its 2 bunk beds, the living area is warm and comfortable with TV opening onto a balcony with sea view and with table and chairs for meals in superb conditions. (the new sofa bed is 140cm in size).

For parking your car, a private outdoor space is offered, but the car might itself be on holiday since in Fréjus Plage, everything can be done on foot.

The beach is just twenty metres away, you just need to exit the residence and cross the street to be there, a beautiful fine sand beach with shower to rinse, always pleasant to remove salt and sand from the skin.

Several restaurants are also very close to the residence and many others are easily accessible both on the seafront of Fréjus Plage and on the port of Fréjus.

The INTERMARCHE supermarket is in immediate proximity, a tobacco shop is located on the ground floor of the residence and an excellent bakery-pastry shop 150 metres away; suffice to say that everything is placed to make this stay delicious.

The night market between 1st July and 31st August, various and diverse events, fireworks fired on numerous occasions during the summer period are also very easily accessible.

Only the luna-park at Aqualand will require a car, located approximately 3 kilometres from your holiday location.

But this little piece of paradise is also offered to you throughout the year and is accessible by train, the residence being located about twenty minutes from the Saint-Raphael Valescure TGV station.

And then nearby: Saint-Raphaël and its Old Port (departures of blue boats for beautiful escapes to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins Islands off Cannes), the Verdon Gorges, Saint Cassien lake and so many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rate.

A fibre subscription is taken out.

Kit included: bath mat, tea towel, washcloth and cleaning products (washing-up liquid, laundry detergent and dishwasher, floor product)

Cleaning service is not included, it can be booked if desired.
