Discover our charming duplex located in the centre of Menton, 2 minutes' walk from the beaches and the Casino.



Upon entering, you will find the main room with an open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge...), bathroom with toilet and bidet, and balcony. Upstairs is the bedroom and a toilet.



The studio is modern, has an internet connection, and the room is air-conditioned.



You will stay on the 4th and last floor of a modern co-ownership building in the centre of Menton, with a lift.

Note that the bedroom is located under the roof, with a ceiling height that decreases at the level of the bed.



The environment is relatively calm for accommodation in the city centre. Note the presence of a school nearby.



The first shops and restaurants are at the foot of the building, the station and the old town of Menton are reachable in just 5 minutes on foot.



The accommodation is carefully prepared and disinfected for your arrival



Check-in 7/7, 24/24h:

Reception directly at the accommodation between 4 pm and 6 pm from Tuesday to Saturday.

Autonomous arrival after 6:00 pm and on Sundays/Mondays and public holidays.



Extra available:

End of stay cleaning: £80.

Baby cot / high chair: £50 per week.
