A spacious and very bright living area, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that will delight food lovers! An area complemented by a charming balcony and a small table ideal for a suspended break. The staircase offers a magnificent view overlooking the neighbourhood as it takes you to the floor where two double bedrooms await you (one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed) and a bathroom with an Italian shower and a washing machine.



Right in the heart of the city, the tram awaits you at the foot of the building, located just a stone's throw from the Promenade du Peyrou and close to the sumptuous Jardin des Plantes, the oldest royal garden in France, created in 1593!
