Discover this bright accommodation located in a quiet street on the 3rd floor without elevator, ideal for your stay in Paris. This apartment includes a welcoming bedroom with a double bed size 160 x 200, as well as a second room with a sofa bed size 144 x 199, perfect for hosting your friends or family.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, while the functional shower room will meet all your needs. Enjoy a convivial dining area with table and chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge where you can relax after a day of discovery.

You will particularly appreciate the calm and brightness of this apartment, creating a pleasant atmosphere for your stay.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including Wifi, hair dryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven and iron. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel without constraint.

Please note that no parking is possible in the building.

The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring the city. You will be close to transport, with the metro line 4 at the "Simplon" stop only 3 minutes walk and the line 12 at the "Jules Joffrin" stop 6 minutes. A 15-minute walk will take you to the lively Montmartre district and the famous Saint-Ouen flea market. Many bars and restaurants are also nearby, as well as pharmacies and shops, reachable within a 10-minute walk.

During your stay, be sure to visit the iconic sites of Paris, such as the Sacré-Cœur Basilica just a 17-minute walk away, the Palais Garnier 21 minutes by metro, Notre-Dame Cathedral 26 minutes and the Louvre Museum 27 minutes, to name but a few.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
