For those who simply need rest, greenery, you will appreciate the garden, relaxing on the deckchairs or preparing a good barbecue to enjoy with the family. On the ground floor of the house: large living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room. 3 steps then give access to the corridor which serves a toilet, a shower room and two bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with two 90 beds. The rooms were renovated in 2023! The heating is electric and is billed according to consumption.
