Welcome to this beautiful 82 m² duplex apartment, located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator).

Featuring its own private entrance, this charming home combines old-fashioned character with exposed beams and a prime location close to the city centre—an ideal starting point for discovering the city, the region, and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

The private entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge featuring a sofa bed that accommodates two people.

The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 8 guests, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and tableware.

The apartment includes three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. Two bedrooms come with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). All beds are made up with high-quality hotel linens, and storage space is available so you can settle in comfortably.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. There is one toilet on each floor, including one separate from the bathroom.

The apartment offers Wi-Fi and is equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. It is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure maximum comfort.

A parking space is available in a private courtyard, accessible through a gate (maximum width 1.85 m). Additional paid and free parking options are available nearby, within a 10-minute walk.

Please note: the apartment is accessible only by stairs and is therefore not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

The property is located in an exceptionally convenient area, with a bakery, a café, and a Carrefour City just 10 meters from the apartment. Restaurants, shops, and city-centre boutiques are also only a few steps away.

Public transport is extremely accessible: tram lines A and C (Foch stop), along with bus lines 32, 4, 42, 7, and 9, are all within 10 meters of the property.

A parking space is available in a private courtyard, accessible through a slightly narrow gate (maximum width: 1.85 m). Additional parking options are also available nearby, including paid street parking, a municipal parking area offering 1 hour of free parking, and free parking located approximately 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is ideally situated just a short walk from Angers Castle, museums, shops, entertainment venues, and the train station.

Please note that the key will be handed over in person during the check-in and the check-out. Please let me know your arrival time.

For all reservations longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of a breach of this rule.
