The house comprises a living room with dining area, lounge with TV and open-plan fitted kitchen, WC, and an outside storage room with washing machine. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a sofa bed, and a shower room. A lovely terrace includes a garden furniture area and a dining area with a table and four chairs, a windbreak, parasol, barbecue, and two sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. Private parking space.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
