Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the center of Aix-en-Provence, it offers a peaceful and green setting.

Named “Villa Maguy” in tribute to my mother, this house holds great sentimental value. It’s where I grew up, surrounded by memories and emotions, and I’m delighted to share it today with travelers from all over the world.

This bright and comfortable 150 m² villa offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in Aix-en-Provence.

Tastefully renovated, it blends Provençal charm with contemporary style, nestled on a 1,000 m² landscaped garden with a private pool and shaded outdoor spaces.

• Bright veranda, perfect for meals or relaxing moments.

• Modern bathroom with double sink and washing machine.

• Separate WC.

🧺 Linen & Welcome Kit

Household linen is provided: bed sheets, towels, kitchen cloths, and bath mats.

⚠️ Pool towels are not provided.

Upon arrival, a non-renewable welcome kit is available, including:

2 toilet paper rolls and shower gel



Sugar and coffee (1 dose per person)



Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper



⏰ Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (please communicate your arrival time in advance)

• Check-out: by 12:00 p.m. at the latest

Any arrival or departure outside these hours must be approved beforehand.

You are free to enjoy all areas of the property, except for the pool technical room and a closed garage.

A private, enclosed parking spot is available for your vehicle, and additional cars can be parked safely in the driveway, also secured by an automatic gate.

We remain available via Airbnb messaging, phone, or text message throughout your stay.

📸 Security & Verification

An ID will be requested prior to each reservation through Airbnb messaging, in accordance with the platform’s traveler verification policy.

Access to the property is via a shared lane leading to the villa’s private entrance.

The accommodation is fully independent and enjoys complete privacy, ensuring peace and quiet during your stay.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
