Cocoonr offers you this charming 140 m² house to rent in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A beautiful 800 m² semi-detached garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A trampoline is available from April to the end of September; it is shared with the house on the same plot. Use of the trampoline is your own responsibility.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in very pleasant surroundings.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
