Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire villa, the residence’s heated pool (open from 1 April to 31 October), the private garden, the furnished terrace and the private parking space. Bike parking is also available.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful residential area, the La Dune residence offers a quiet setting just a short distance from the beaches and 10 minutes by car from the centre of Valras-Plage. Easy access to Béziers in about 20 minutes.



Getting Around:

• Casino Beach: 7 minutes on foot

• Valras-Plage town centre: 5 minutes by car

• Béziers, its train station and shopping area: 15 minutes

• Markets, restaurants, watersports, thalasso centre, etc.

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
