The Cocoon/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 160 m² house for rent in Les Belleville, in a refurbished Savoyard chalet 6 km from the 3 Vallées ski slopes. It can accommodate up to 13 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms and three shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue machines...

- Bedroom 1 & 2: with 1 double bed (140×200)

- Bedroom 3 & 4: with 1 double bed (140×200)

- Bedroom 5: a bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200)
- A mezzanine with 1 double bed (140×200), maximum ceiling height approx. 1.30 m

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: 2 extra beds (80x190), high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
A large paved terrace of around 80 m² is at your disposal. South-facing, it has furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Les Belleville, in a very pleasant environment. Saint Martin de Belleville has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car parks in the village, the nearest being La Chapelle, 20 metres away.
If you want to go skiing, you will need to come by car, and there is a large free car park just opposite the ski lifts in Saint Martin de Belleville (about 6km from the chalet by road, which is easily accessible even in winter).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains 15 km away (approx. 20 min)
- Nearest airport: Chambéry 100 km away (approx. 1h10)
- Other access points: Lyon Saint Exupéry airport 175 km away (approx. 1hr 55mins), Geneva airport 177km away (approx. 1hr 54mins), Grenoble Alpes Isère airport 172 km away (approx. 1hr 53mins).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. We would be grateful if you could leave the premises clean, clean your appliances after use and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
