About This Property
Located not far from the Old Port and the historic Market district, this beautiful recently renovated T3 is ideal for a stay with friends or family. In this fully equipped little haven of peace, you will feel right at home! Enjoy its 2 terraces facing the lake to escape and enjoy the fresh air of La Rochelle.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of an ultra-secure residence, is a 10-minute walk from La Rochelle Station, on a quiet and low-traffic street. Once arrived, you can do everything on foot (market, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theaters, cinemas, etc.)
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm) with its bathroom, a double-sink washbasin, and a washing machine. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single bed (90x190 cm) on top and a double bed (140x190 cm) on the bottom. The second bathroom with a shower and separate toilets are located in the hallway facing this 2nd bedroom.
The open kitchen overlooking the living room (with TV, WIFI and lake view balcony) is fully equipped:
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Oven & Microwave
- Cooking plates
- Kettle
- Toaster
- L'Or Coffee Maker
- Dishwasher
- Iron
This family apartment is also equipped with a Kinderkraft baby travel bed (mattress dimensions: 51 x 92 cm).
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the residence with an elevator. The parking space assigned to the accommodation is located in the residence's secure parking lot in a locked box.
Aloha Concierge Service will be at your disposal before, during, and after your stay for any questions related to your arrival at this apartment.
She will also be able to advise you on places to go, restaurants to dine at, museums to visit, and hidden spots in La Rochelle to discover!
